Wrong plan bill

I received a bill of Rs.3394.00 on 30-11 before which I have contacted Ms. Nisha Rajput the Nodal officer

for disconnecting my internet services. After which I came to know that my bill is not paid. My plan was Rs. 399 where i was told that upto 10 GB is free. After the conversation with the Nodal officer she told me that there is no plan as such. then I told her that the Airtel Branch office is Vasai (w) directed me in such way. After a long conversation she told me it was their mistake and wrong plan was applied to me. I was directed to pay the different amount i.e 3394-2595=799. I paid Rs.800 at Vasai Retail shop. Today (11-12)

I recieved a call from the Airtel office that I have not paid Rs.2595. Presently my plan is Rs.599
