I disconnect the internet connection on 3/11 and no one told me that it will tke 30 days to request get processed and i spoke to a lady 5days back and 2 days back and still she didnt gve me any responce i ask for supervisor on call and she hung up my phone and i spoke to a lady called manju and she told me need to write complaint and i want my late fee and extra rental to be removed from my bill as if i got my bill from 23 oct-22nov and which is really discusting and she told me it whould be done if you will write complaint.please help me with this it whould be great help.
