I am Ajay Singh Azad from Ghziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

I have been taking broadband service from Airtel from last 4 year.

on 14-01 i got some internet problem, i just locked a complaint with airtel 198 customer service.

After a one hour service engineer came to my house, after checking the problem, he said that Modem is faulty, it has to be replaced. i told him just replace it. He told me that they dont have any modem in stock.

I told him Airtel is a big company and you are saying that you dont have any modem in stock.

after that he gone. I called to 198, they said that ' sir your request is on higher priority'.

from 14-01 to today i have talked many time with 198 and 121, also with senior, but all are saying that

' sir your request is on higher priority'. some body say it will be solved with in one hour some body says it will be solved in next four hour.

Till today i have not get any response from Airtel broadband and i am getting the worst service from airtel broadband.

I have registered complaint number that is 41984416.

now i am planning to switch to Reliance Broadband.

My airtel account number is 11604473
