NON-DISCONNECTION OF BROADBAND CONNECTION

I REQUESTED TO SHIFT MY BROADBAND CONNECTION 011-45152286 ON 12-NOV TO UTTAM NAGAR, NEW DELHI AND I WAS ASSURED SHIFTING WILL BE DONE IN 15 DAYS UPON THE AVAILABILITY OF THE LINE AT UTTAM NAGAR AND THAT NO RENT WILL BE CHARGED DURING THE SHIFTING PERIOD. I WAS TOLD ON 7-DEC, SHIFTING IS NOT POSSIBLE DUE TO NON-AVAILABILITY OF INFRASTRUCTURE AT UTTAM NAGAR & I WAS ASKED TO TRANSFER THE CONNECTION TO SOMEBODY WHICH I DENIED AND I REQUESTED TO CANCELL/SURRENDER THE CONNECTION. I WAS REPEATEDLY ASKING EVERY CALL FROM AIRTEL TO CONTINUE THE CONNECTION WITH "NO", BUT TILL NOW THE CONNECTION IS ACTIVE AND BILLING IS INCREASING.
