Last week my airtel brandband stops working. There was no dialtone in the phone. Airtel said its deactivated and need to activate again. This took almost a week and after 3 days, same issue occur again. Airtel support number of good for nothing after 15 minutes of music and minutes and waiting time a support person will pick up the phone and give u a complaint number. I am facing this issue since i have moved to IPTV. Can anybody help me out to get it resolved and some contacts to escalate.
