I got IPTV Aksh of MTNL installed on 7th Feb. From the date of installation it never functioned and several complaint lodged vide e-mails and online complaints of ED J.Gopal and other officials has so far not effected MTNL nor Aksh IPTV and they have failed to resolve the grievance of starting the iptv. Complaints with Aksh iptv are simply ignored and they simply give false promise that they would be sending their company engineer, who never visit. Last promise was made on sunday29th March by Mr. Manish of IPTV aksh, when he called me stating, that they have deputed a person who would visit during the course of day but nobody turned up and again Manish and Mr. Javed of Aksh iptv spoke to me on late sunday evening and assured that the engineer would reach my place on MONDAY evening at 7.00PM on 31 st March but no one came. Now there is no response and no call from aksh iptv from yesteday onwards. Mr Manish whose mobile number given by himself is 9869567140.
It appears that the MTNL authorities and Aksh iptv officials are least bothered to resolve the customer grievance proving beyond doubt that the customer services are poorest. Itis inpublic interest that the persons who want to go for Aksh IPTV should think twice before becoming their victim or falling in their trap. I have a long list of complaints numbers with me and I am sure they would have manuplated in disposing them.
