Dear sir,

This is to complaint regarding the PC SECURE anti virus service provided by Airtel on

my broadband connection no. 011-45142100, having key no. ZXV2-VKAJ-6319-30GE-10TM .I had taken this service in September and paid Rs.850/- for it and it was valid till August. I wish to Inform you that it was not working properly from the day one. Even after it being installed my system catched various virus. I have also did complete formatting on my system many times, but to no avail. Then, I requested the Airtel Customer care to stop this service on my account and refund my complete money taken for this software. And on 20/03, they discontinued the service and when I asked for my money refund, they said they had registered the complaint and I will get the resolution in 2 days. Now, after so many days and repeated reminders, they said they will not refund the money. So I requested them to either start the service or refund the money for the remaining period, they completely refused and said that if I want to restart the service I will have to pay money for the same service again
