I am an existing customer of airtel broadband services, I had been happening frequently that I have been registering complaints against discontinue service of broadband. Inspite of several mails and phone calls customer care is giving excuse to send their representative and asking me to be at the residence. I had missed my office several times but no body had yet came to fix the problem. In about 30 days my net is available for 15 days. Even their manager had ensured me today to fix the problem but no one had came yet to fix it. Now from morning I had called the airtel several times but they are asking me to hold on to check the status and keeping the phone at hold and not reverting back.
