I have subscribed to Airtel Broadband service for 2mbps dedicated broadband speed. My Airtel Account ID is : 15609831 .
Since the past 2 months I am not getting the committed broadband speed, especially during night time. The speed goes down upto to 200Kbps, I have filed numerous complaints with the airtel call center. The customer care representative cuts my call after putting me on hold for minutes if I inquire about the status of the complaint. Even the technical representatives call me up to come over to my place to fix the issue but never turn up. I am suffering because of this issue and don't have any option but to disconnect my connection with airtel broadband and file a complaint in the consumer forum.
