Sir i am a regular customer of airtel. My complain about my mobile which is 9929465858. i recharged my mobile with 98 rupees for internet package before four days .today i am accessing internet with mobile office setting .whenever my main account balance deducted with 33 rupees .when i call customer care officer than he says your main balance is deducted due to internet access from airtel live .and not give satisfied answer .i have cheaked three times mobile configuration setting, first before net access, second time when main balance deducted, and last time when i finish talk with customer care officer.all time configuration setting is mobile office.so please resolve my problem and give satisfaction answer.my mobile number is 9929465858.
