Poor Customer service

Hi,

On the 26th of last month (june), an internet connection problem was resolved by your team (after a long delay btw) They also gave an offer stating that my internet connection would be up to 2mbps on the 27th of july... It has rather become slower... no change whatsoever from you guys... Do what u promised As soon as possible
