Hi,
I want to register a complaint and find a solution to my problem. My name is V.Avinash and my mobile number registered with Airtel is 91 (0) 783 899 6269.
I had applied for an Airtel Broadband connection on August 25th. I was told that the installation would take 2 days. The agent also mentioned it might take upto 12 days in the rarest of rare cases.
As of today (September 8th) I haven't received any verification call from Airtel, I have visited their office at least 5 times but haven't received any positive response and executives at the Airtel complaints helpline (0120-4444198) are only registering my complaint but aren't providing any solution.
Please let me know what am I supposed to do in this case.
