About broadband

I have taken Rs 799/- 1mbps unlimited plan in march evry mnth i am paying Rs 1000/- bill for my fixed landline for broadband services. Now my broadband speed is 200-300 kbps and u people are collecting for 1mbps. Now i came to know that airtel broadband is fully cheating the customers. now i wanna withdraw my broadband connection in 24hrs, if there is any delay in withdrawl i will not be responsible and won't pay the bill.
