No Response from Customer care

I had airtel broadband connection with the landline number 04442815280.i got broadband connection in MMDA colony nearby vadapalani.

I have shifted room from MMDA to kandhachavadi. I have requested customer care to shift the connection in the august 27th. I have request number for that. Customer care department told me, there is no feasibility in that area (kandhachavadi).so i told to cancel the connection. Customer care dept accepted it and they have given the request number to me.

I have not used Broadband Connection from the august 27th. But Bill have been from AIRTEL for the month of septmber.

Last week also i have called to customer care regarding this.but no response taken.no Response taken.no Response taken.no Response taken.

i totally DISAPPOINTED with AIRTEL.
