To the Airtel Pune Division Office,
My broadband services were terminated suddenly without my consent. After logging a service request 5650392 on14th Oct customer care executive informed and apologized that they have been terminated by mistake and it would be re-solved by 17th Oct 3.30 PM.
Till date there has been no progress on this. I have been calling up the customer care daily to follow-up.
Now I have been instructed to visit the nearest Airtel office, provide a neat list of document to prove my identity etc so that connection can be activated. I think this is the worst customer service that can be provided.
