Inspite of my complaints for 3 timesand the solution taken by you, I have
been charged Rs.5 (15 times) till today for renewal of
subscriptionVideosParlou subscription service from Airtel.
I am an airtel prepaid customer. My no is : 9894864081. I have not subscribed for
subscriptionVideosParlou. This message commes from AD54321
I don't know how my number was known to them. Kindly take some actions
and to avoid these kinds of nuisance
I also want to strictly warn for these actions. I also want Airtel to
refund the amount taken to my prepaid no.my again
If no actions are taken, I would like to take this complaint to next severe stage and change my service provider.
