Airtel Phone Shifting

Dear Mr Sunil Bharti Mittal,

We had Given a request for shifting our Phone On dated : 17/08 Complaint Number : 2434298 and after a long follow up the call center people every time gives me the resolution time 48 Hours and this phone still not shifted. Now the 3 bills are generated without any shift of phone and without any use of Phone . and now payment recovery department Harras me and give us a threat to make the payment . i am not able to understand that how much unprofessional company is airtel. There is no communication in there department then why they promise to customer to give the best support and communication . or airtel thinks that if they will give threat to customer then may be customer will give the payment. we had talked with below person.
