SIR I HAVE CONNECTION OF BROADBAND ABOUT 3 YEARS WITH INSTALLATION OF MODEM CONNECTION RS 1000/- I HAVE BEEN FACING PROBLEM FOR THE MODEM LAST MONTHS COULD NOT BE WORK PROPER LINKS ARE NOT STABLE IN THE MODEM BECAUSE OF FAULT & CAN'T REPLACE THE MODEM & NOT TAKE ANY ACTION FROM NODAL CENTER NONE SHOULD BE WORRIED ABOUT THIS PROBLEM. THEY CAN CHARGE A MODEM IN EVERY MONTH WITH A BILL I HAVE CALLED AIRTEL 25 TIMES, HAVE DIFFERRENT COMPLAINT NUMBERS, BUT NO ACTION, SURPRISING?
