Airtel
Being billed even after connection closed

Hi,

I used to have a Airtel broadband connection with number 01244074794 and customer id: 16114329. I gave in a request for cancellation of this connection on 21/09 with request number 4428136. But still I am being charged ridiculously every month for Rs 386.05. I called in customer care to settle this and it has happened again. In my airtel profile (when I login into the airtel website), I still see the telephone and the DSL connection as active. I paid all my dues and I am still being billed.
