360 rs amount taken by airtel

I use the 5rs net pack, its package use 50 mb but i have balance, but suddenly 360 rs taken my account, i asked customer care, they told to me i used more than 50 mb, i am searching mail only, no one downloaded, but he say i am used more than 360 rs, what i do .this happened on 4th december
