This is Ramkumar from Chennai. I had placed a broadband connection last year on September month. Then after some 2 or 3 weeks a guy had come from airtel and collected 800 Rs and he said that they will provide connnecttion within 2 days. After 2 days when I asked the call center they said that due to technical feasibility they could not provide connection and I said to REFUND my amount. From that days onwards till now I didnt get my CHEQUE. YEs they gave one cheque which when I had deposited got bounced back. Again the same problem is continuing till now. ITS OVER 70 Days now. Are there any solutions for it. If in case I want to place a complaint in Consumer court what is the procedure. Please let me the process.
