I purchased a 3G Airtel dongle in March. It was not working well from the beginning and then stopped working in May. Since, then I called several customer care numbers of Airtel (121, 18001030405 and others), emailed them, went to Airtel Relationship Centre and to shop where I purchsed this dongle (Vijay Sales, Vashi).
Now, already around one and half months have passed.
My dongle is not working and with this kind of response, its guarantee period of 6 months will be over.
My complaint is not being registered and dongle is not being replaced.
Airtel has so many numbers they can food a person for months.
I am still having non-working dongle. The free 3G service of 3 months for the dongle also went unused.
Can someone help me getting dongle replaced and give me free 3G service for the period lost.
