My broadband & landline not working from 24 July regarding it i have logged complaint in airtel customer care with ref no:19216088 & also mailed to all departments but till date no one visited on my home to check the issue & also not respond me properly. iam continously copntact with them with regular basis but not get resolution.
my connection dead from last 4 days
i want to ask airtel are they waivar these days to me & reduce my bill because every month i am facing the same issue but airtel never waivar to me.
This time i will not going to leave without waivar & i want urgent resolution or else i will take hard decision on it.
