Please help me to claim the services for the money I paid or atleast get my money refunded.

CULPRITS: Miss Meghana (@ 9566117704) sale person

Mr Senthi (@ 9841594003.) (Manager)

Paid money Rs 2500/ on 20-11 and No connection till date.

I moved to Chennai city from Hyderabad for employment purpose. In Chennai I am temporarily staying in a company guest house. I have approached the Airtel sales person Miss Meghana (@ 9566117704) on 20-11 . I have clearly mentioned her that I not a native of Chennai, but came from Hyderabad and intended to stay in Chennai for longer period. However currently staying in a company provided Guest House ().

I had a important business purpose, for which I need internet access while I am travelling. I have conveyed the same to the Miss Maghana madam.

Only after a clear promise from her for getting the Airtel broadband connection, I paid Rs 2500/- for USB DATA CARD. Immediately they delivered that card to my office (The MRP PRICE on the box was ribbed off so that I cannot find its actual price). I thought losing some money in urgent matters is ok and accepted the card and the SIM CARD along with that.

As part of the documents I have provided.

1) My Pan card copy.

2) HR letter about my employment and the residence address where I am staying after office hours.

3) Driving license copy.

They took almost 5 days to activate the connection and Immediately after 7 days it got cancelled without any intimation to me. That is insane. I was on travel and the connection did not work for which I paid the money and got the promise. After calling repeatedly multiple people, obviously Magana madam stopped accepting my phone calls.

After repeated trails, she finally took the call and leisurely mentioning that the connection got cancelled because I am staying in a bachelor accommodation.

When I helped her in recollecting that I have already mentioned before paying Rs 2500.00 that I am staying in a company guest house, she immediately appolozised and passed another sim card.

Again I have given the same documents this time excluding the company HR leter.

Again the story repeated, the connection worked for 7 days and got cancelled again.

This time it is even worse, Meghana madam did not talk my calls for almost two weeks, She picked the call when I called from other persons number.

Finally she is saying that, she can assure the connection if I pay Rs 500.00 extra.

I came to know that the USB data card is available in the market @ 1800/- and some other service providers like MTS are giving datacard for free.

Meanwhile Meghana madam, upon begging so many times for help, finally passed her Boss contact details Mr Senthi (@ 9841594003.) Repeated allthe story to him. He immediately said sorry and promised me that he will give the connection in 1 day, now by today it is 5th day running, I still have no traces of connection.

The Story repeated he too stopped taking my calls.

I am really unhappy with airtel I did not want to go for the airtel connection after going through this much. If possible please kindly get my money back
