Extra unwanted subscription charges

My name is Mrs. Babita Pathak and I am a subscriber of airtel internet data card connection. I have taken a connection from last March '10 for Rs. 999/ with unlimited surfing facilities. My connection No is 9676784949 . My complaint is 1. The bill haven't reached me till date i.e. 26th April when the last date of payment is 27th of each month. When asked I was told it has been delivered to my neighbour on 16th april. which is not so. None of my neighbours have recieved any bill for me. 2. The billing amount has exceeded then the mentioned amount at the time of connection. When enquired about it I was told that certain WAP services have been activated in my packages. Which to my knowledge have never subscribed to. I have requested to discontinue with WAP services immediately and I was told it will be stopped after 4 hrs. but I still see those messages coming to me. I would request the concerned authorities to please look into the matter and do the needful immediately so that my bill doesn't get effected next month. Also the bill should be deliverd to my given address from next month onwards.
