I have subscribed DSL with Voice with your organization since last 8 months under 3999/Rs per month 4MB plan..

I am experiencing frequent disconnection since first week of May. I have made several complaints since then via 198 complaint call. About 4 times your engineers has comes and finding there is miscarriage of link hold. But no one so for able to find and rectify the solution..! Ironically 3 times your engineers has made 'completed' report to your desk without even visited to my place or even made a call..!!! My last complaint made by 19MAY.. number 46530554 been restarted three times but only once your people visited my place by late evening & 1 times they reported 'done' without even visited or spoke to me even on phone.
As per your engineers record there is some problem in your technical end every time.. your engineers not even attending my calls or SMS if they are not able to find and solve this problem but duly they closing the complaint as 'DONE'..! Your Nodal officer number successfully only playing the 'HOLD' music every time even if i wait for 24 hours holding the receiver..!
I feel completely ignored/insulted & abandoned by your customer care hierarchy..!
Due to your this ignorant customer care for about 30 days... i have lost my one month work value about 60, 000INR... office room rent 7000 paid without worked even for a day due to your pathetic net connection... and now i have got regular monthly bill from your office for 4600INR... and yet my problem is not solved.. still i am not able to work through your net connection!!!
I am looking for complete compensation from end for all this my stressful losses & my net problem gets solved in war fare mode..!
