I am Ranjit Srivastava. I have Airtel DTH connection (customer id no 3003333400). At the time of installation, Engineer have not properly fix the dish resulting cracks in wall.
After 2-3 months of installation, I am facing problem of "No Signal (error code B001)".
Everytime I lodged complaint, engineer is not visiting to my house on single conmplaint. I have to follow-up 3-4 times. And when engineer comes to my house, he does the temproary solution by just moving direction of dish.
After few days again this problem comes.
Last time I lodged complaint at starting of July (before 5th) for which no engineer have visited to me house till 19-July.
I am fedup with the very poor quality of service by Airtel DTH.
Please advise me what can I do for this.
