Airtel is prompt only about their bills and reminders thereof! On every occasion when the internet is down, no complaints have any effect. Their IVR service is farcial. You keep repeating the same information to a variety of different, so called, executives but nothing happens.

Do see what occurs when your fixed line goes down-you will be given a series of complaint numbers and assured that your complaint will be attended to within a certain time perod. It just will not be happen.. Thereafter when you ring again, you will once more be asked to repeat all details to another semi-trained operative. The Company has given them a stock list of stereotyped questions which they will get through with a deliberateness which is indeed remarkable, if only for the complete lack of action on the problem itself.

Both my internet and telephone number 0124-4364213 are down for the last 72 hours. The complaint has been given on IVR and mail on 28/29/30 and 1 May. The present complaint number 45797474 is still pending. My account number is 12171700.My mobile number is 9910450202.

To cap it all as on 1730 hours 01 May their software is down. That is what the IVR says on 121/198.
