My mobile no is 9635699324; I am a customer of your network
since 08,
And I have spent minimum Rs 300 per month (with internet pack) since
inception, so I think, I am a valuable customer to you.
But at present (today) you are deducted Rs 107 from my account. Today
I have contracted to your customer care no 198 at 09:00 am, but he can
not satisfy me.
the cause of reduce balance... is, I have download one
songs (5 mb) from a free loading web site (www.songs.pk) to my mobile
server but when I have download via mobile server in my pc (computer)
same things (song), then I have not any (main account balance) charge,
for your convenience I told you that, I have recharge Rs
98 (internet pack) on 05/07, & presently I have 1622 gprs balance,
beside then, I had downloaded many songs from same website (since
previous 1 or 2 years), then I have no charge from my main account
balance, it was reduce from my gprs balance.
But why it is possible to reduce my balance? Please mail
me or call me with this answer & back my account balance (Rs 107) as
early as possible otherwise you have loss a valuable customer, I shall
take shelter to mobile no portability service & join
Vodafone, idea, bsnl, or other service provider.
