I activated the airtel gprs pack for 98 Rs which was expected to give 2GB for 30 days. When i checked the balance using *123*10# it was showing the validity upto 03 june. On 02 june validity increased upto 11 june. Actually it has to show upto 22 june

In between i got a message from airtel saying that 50 mb free usage is credited in my mobile and beyond that they will charge 30p/50kb

after 11 june they started reducing according to the 30p/50kb scheme. when i was checking the balance using *123*10# it was showing 1900 Mb left in my account and it was valid upto 11 june (expected to give upto 22 june).

I registered a complaint with airtel on 12 june and they told me that my issue will be solved by 14 june. On 14 th june i had called two nodal ooficers and told my complaint. Then they were saying like that 2GB was over and after that only charges are deducted.

If that 2GB plan was over how it was showing 1900 mb in my account. They were not even ready to accept that mistake is from their side. I lost 25 rs for internet and for complaining some additional costs.

They were saying that issue will be solved by 15 th june around 4 pm. What actions i can take for these difficulties?
