Airtel /internet connection
Not removing internet connection

We have raised application for removing internet connection of Airtel before 1 and half months but still our connection was not removed & their people calls us to carry the connection on. If we don't need connection why should we carry it on. They are forcing us to keep connection on. My name is Tarun Shukla (919893797036.)They will have to give back our caution money amounted 1800/- at the time of removing connection. So they are not removing connection.
