I have Internet services (GPRS) from Airtel. It is not working from past 2 months. I have logged the complaint 2 months back but there is no action taken yet. Also I am being charged for it every month. On calling customer care they hung up call or give false commitment to call back for resolution. Even the higher department is not satisfactory when called. Also they are quite rude on calls.
We should take some action against these companies to avoid such problems in future.
