MY BROADBAND CONNECTION IS USUALLY OUT OF ORDER SOMETIMES DUE TO FAULT THAT SOMEBODY HAS CUT THE TELEPHONE CABLE FROM THE JUNCTION BOX OR DUE ANY OTHER REASON WHICH IS BEYOND MY UNDERSTANDING. THE FIELD STAFF IS ALSO NOT CO-OPERATIVE AS THEY PRESENT THEMSELVES AS HELPLESS AND NOT BEING HELPED BY THEIR OFFICE COUNTERPARTS IN SOLVING THE COMPLAINTS. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME IN FIFTEEN DAYS THAT I HAVE TO LODGE COMPALINT FOR MY LANDLINE No.011-42340718. THE CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER 011-44444121 IS ALSO UN ACCESSIBLE. THIS COMPLAINT IS FORWARDED SO THAT A CONCRETE ACTION COULD BE TAKEN AND THE PROBLEM IS RESOLVED FOR.
