DEAR SIR,
WE HAVE TAKEN NEW AIRTEL LAND LINE CONNECTION COMBO PLAN 2 MONTHS BACK. SINCE LAST 5 DAYS THE BROADBAND IS NOT WORKING AND WE CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE 198 AND 121 BUT WE DID NOT GET ANY RESPONSE. SOME HOW WE COULD ABLE TO SPEAK WITH THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE MS AKANSHA JAIN THE PREVIOUS DAY BUT SHE WAS VERY RUDE AND DID NOT REGISTERED THE COMPLAIN REGARDING OUR BROAD BAND CONNECTION. WE HAVE ALREADY PAID THE BILL OF LAST TWO MONTHS AND STILL IT IS REFLECTING WE HAVE NOT PAID THE BILL AMOUNT.
KINDLY TAKE THE SUITABLE ACTION OTHER WISE WE WILL GO TO THE CONSUMER FORUM FOR THE SAME.
