Have been registering complaints for 022 40148763 since past a year and consectively since past 4 days..but all in vain coz non get resolved...
my bills are not being delivered to my address or mail id so i do not know my outstanding or due date, still have been paying bills according to the last ddate on the last bill recievd..aftr many complints my address is still the old one..
my phone is not working, it is without dial tone sinc 6 mnths but all complaints falling deaf on AIRTEL CONSUMER SERVICES...
my networ is disconnected due to non payment of bills whch i have been paying regularly evry mnth since past 4 years, not a single bill missed its payment, an today no payment is d reason cited for disconnectiong services.
AIRTEL TROUBLES ITS CUSTOMERS AND ITS CALL CENTRE PEOPLE HAVE NO RESPECT WHILE DEALING WITH ITS CUSTOMERS..
they say openly if u want to continue wid us, ok or else u can switch to other networks, do not bother us.
