Mobile office not activate last 4th days

Dear Sir,

my self Shahid Noor cell No.9897205003 Region-UP (West)

i just inform you, mobile office setting not recived last 4th days,

many time i trying to call 121 or 12118 but nobody solve my problem, also recieved deffrent deffrent answer from your coustomer care, bt not solve my problem,

sir my company providing me Nokkia E-72 for tracing the mail any side any where but now i m helpless becoze that service not activate to my cell phone

awaiting ur reply

else i will quit to airtel.
