I had placed an Order with Indiaplaza (IN1709110431) for Western Digital WD TV Live Full HD and HDMI cable on 17th Sep 2011 and paid throu Net Banking. First they updated the order status as "Will be shipped by 22nd Sep. Mean time I have received the HDMI cable but not the WD. Then Is started putting complaints thru the Tickets. On 24th the status changed saying that "Will be shipped by 24 Sep" But till today nor I have received the product or heard anything from them. There phones are not working. There is no way I can contact them. I had put 4 tickets by this time but not a single one is attended. All the kept open. I don't what to do now...
