Hi Team,

This is with reference to mobile no 9892349970

On 6 June i had a balance of Rs.41.93 wherein yesterday when i checked it shows me 19.28 ps.

After calling customer care came to know that have been charged for using net. When i infomred them that i used NOP service they denied by saying that i have surfed through Airtel Live access point.

I am not a new net user which will do such a big mistake knowing the Airtel Live charges.

I have selected NOP as my default setting then how it could be possible that i have been charged thru Airtel live.

On 29th April as per my complaint resolution i was informed that there is no other internet service is active except NOP. Then how come i have been charged.

Ridicules i hope some positive revert on this as earlier.

Last but now the least i hope this would be my last communication to Airtel against this Pathetic Service faced.
