My Rs 20/- deducted for service of tashan

I have received a SMS and stating Rs 20/ is deducted from my balance and after two days again SMS came Rs20/- again deducted from my balance, I have not asked for any games or for any their service,

In this regard, i wish that authorised person for this type of cuttings should get Heart attack, or he should met with accident and should loose his right hand and left leg or he should be punished through court of law
