Uninformed money reducing in Main Balance

Hi,

Iam Sathyaraj and my mobile no is 9940704933 (Airtel-Tamilnadu). From last two months i receiving a messages from AD-AIRINF says that i have subscribed for some online games and i charged for this. I have charged more than Rs.500. I didn't open sites like this or i didn't subscribed for any services. I call their customer care and they didn't reply properly. This makes me more irretating and i decided to change my number to anyother service provider. I need a proper solution.
