Disconect the phone after payment

Respected Sirs,

My airtel Broadband Connection no. 0184-4032840. I deposit an amount of re. 3300.00 against Receipt no. 10685 dt. 1-1 PNS Telecom. But they disconnect my connection due to non payment. now they neglect this receipt & PNS telecom says our executive make fraud & we not liable for this receipt. we face problem & please guide me what i do. how i believe at any person at any co. before this i do payment many times to that executive.
