Myself Rahul Prasad from Hyderabad, I was using AIRTEL broadband connection number 040-40036330, Due to irregular billing pattern by Airtel Telemedia Services after first cycle even after multiple reminders to Airtel costumer care, Airtel Telemedia Services failed to provide bill for payment for 2nd and 3rd consecutive months neither by post or email, Later line was disconnected by Airtel without any information. Referring to the concern, I had written multiple emails to Hyderabad Nodal officer Mr. Vishnu after detailed telephonic conversation, I requested Mr. Vishnu to withdraw the connection completely and close account.
Now, after 7 months I received a call from recovery agent to pay outstanding bill, though Airtel Telemedia Services has not yet provided any bill till date.
I am willing to lodge a complain against Airtel Telemedia Service for failure of poor service and calling through recovery agents for unbilled payment recovery.
