Amount Deducted but recharge does not happen

Hi,

I recharged my Idea cell from Freecharge.in first recharge was of Rs 49 which happened instantly while second recharge was of Rs 250 which did not happened, I got the order details mail from freechrge, in but recharge does not happen and so i did not get any recharge receipt mail.

Also when i logged in freecharge.in in my accounts tab there was my order tab when i clicked on that there was no details of my Rs 250 recharge and last recharge it was showing was of Rs 49.
