I selected the place of delivery from the drop down menu on their website.
It should not have been there in first place if they could not deliver it
Furthermore, I have tried contacting the live chat customer service people and talked to 5 different people.
All of them disconnect the conversation after the issue is stated.
I lost my money as well as the intention of the gift has been ruined.
I am sure this is an issue faced by lots of customers using this service.
Could you please look into the matter and provide me a solution.
