I am using Indiatimes hosting services (mm.indiatimes.com) since past 2 years. I have registered a domain www.anoopenterprises.com and website, emails on their server. My domain has expired and I am trying to reach Indiatimes since past 1 month. Nobody picks their support call, no bopdy replies to the email. I contacted their franchisee in Mumbai, he unofficially requested money from me. He then said I will get this through in 48 hours, but now I came to know he is no more with them.
I feel totally helpless as my business is getting impacted. They are not even transferring my domain.
