Oad band not working simce long

My telephone no is 0522 2206241 having broad band connection and from last 20 days it is not working and my wife is complaining about it nearly every day but still it is not working. I am at Abu Dhabi and I cannot communicate to my wife, I am paying a package of 750/- per month. Please see that this should not be charged and at the earliest the connection may be restored.
