Dirty drainage infront of kitchen

Dear Sir,

We are living at A-267, Sarita Vihar, New Delhi - 76.

People have illegal construction in the top floors and no proper drainage system made. Using rain water open drainage. My kitchen outside is a NARAK and smells a lot. We can not open windows and always face lot of mosquitos and flys. Last year we suffered from Dengue. Repeated complaint to owners, society have no result. We need DMC's intervention on the matter so that proper drainage system is made.

Please help us.
