Still not resolved my complaint.
they are giving only 3 thousand and not claring my account.
kindly help me...
this is my third complaint filed as i am a little bit scared.
my basic is 7000 so bonus will be 7000 x 2 = 14000
have to take incremnt of 3 months so 3500 x 3 = 9000
also 10 days july salary. 18000/3 = 6000
so my total will be 29000.rs
hope they give appropriate amuont or else what i can do guide for the same.
for the same i have sent my resignetion by mail but they ask for hard copy so i sent the same on 12/10.
on 11/10 /11 they ask for resignation so i have submitted in hard copy.also asked them to clear it and show me calculation how they are clearing. kindly help (i left the company without resignation. now they are asking for resignation letter. i submitted it. now if they will do any wrong to me i will be file a police complaint to them. they have given any salary slip from 1.6 years, havent they gave me any appointment letter and also just monthly check and nothing else. so hope they clear soon.)
i also heard that they are planning for complaint against me. so kindly help me. i am true person and also havent done anything wrong in my life. so kindly help in solving it

i have been working with the above company since jan04 but since last april the increment has not been given by company. so as last 3 months the increment not been given so i left the company from 10th july.. when i told them to clear my pending bills, they are not paying and talking with me in abusing language.i have to take incrments of 3 months, 3500 x 3 months and alsoo have to take 10 days salary from them as my salary is 18000. so requesting you so guide me and help me

they are using people and recruiting the workers paying lesss amount.
