Ather than a complaint request you to kindly treat this as seekin for an help.

I Navin Rajan residing at Hamid House, Room No 3, 1st Floor, Hall Road, Next to Rehamaniya Masjid,

Kurla (W) Mumbai - 70

Our bldg consists of Gr 3 floors. Tenants staying at 1st floor is facing water problems whereas 3rd floor & 2nd floor tenants hv a seperate water connection. We dont hv a seperate water tanks like the other buildings. BMC water flows straight to our houses.

Recently we hv noticed that there is no force in the water due to which we are unable to fill our personal water tanks fitted in our house. This can be due to the dirt in the pipe line which need to be changed or cleaned, since its been nearly more than 3 decades.

Request BMC officicals to kindly look into the matter and send their personel (plumer) to our building for assistance.

Would appreciate your help at the earliest.
