I am SHRIKANT MARKANDEYA SADUL, was residing in servey no 567 Ganj peth (MHATMA PHULE PETH) kadgiwada near fish market pune 411042, preciously it simple mud houses now for the construction purpose we had did agreement with land holder of MR. Ambaji Kadgi but due there own financial condition bad He had give this land for construction to MR. Shreekumar Kale (NAVAL ENTERPRISES 147 Ghorpade peth Pune-411042) then. We (SHRIKANT SADUL & ANITA SADUL) have procure flat no 15 on 12/6 of 415 ft² or 38.56 cm in building VIKET (plan no CC/3856) in this flat my own 95 ft² area is free of cost because we was resending in this area from last more than 50 years and for remaining area of 320 ft² I am paying RS 750000/- rupees as per law aforementioned builder started constriction in approximately in 1 august. I have pad 150000/- cash by cheque and remain 600000/- I have taken load from bank. Now in September month builder again revised his plan and change my flat no that revised plan no is CC1882109 dated 9/9 in this case my flat No 8 is mentioned and Rs 50000/- in increased with any information and given correction deed few month back

For MSEB connection and water connection payment 25000/- payment remaining

For society registration payment 15000/- payment remaining

After that he demanding for disbursement but as per current work stages of flat I have up till date payment now

1st bank payment 75000/-

2nd bank payment 225000/- date 30/7

3rd bank payment 100000/- date 25/2

Total bank 400000/- payment has been done

Total bank 400000 150000 = 550000/- is payment given to builder

Current flat condition is mention below

**** Kitchen wall having big hole

****Sliding window not fitted in flat

**** Kitchen wash basin water flowing drain chamber in open condition

****Flat kitchen back side wall not plaster (as per agreement wall is not 6 inches)

****Front (Main) door attached without sun mica

**** Front (Main) door side wall improperly finished near tiles

**** All flooring tiles and bathroom are low grade quality used

**** Terrace internal wall having big hole on top side of door

**** Bathroom wall finish is not properly done

**** Bathroom plumbing reaming (shaver and wash basin)

****MSEB meter connection not completed

****Common terrace door wall crack and door frame is fitted improperly

****Common parking flooring and wall work is pending

****Flash tank is not given for toilet

What we can do let me know because in such condition we are requesting him to do proper work he is abusing and doing my mental harassment for each and every thing! Kindly do needful
